Even Hotel Ann Arbor S - University Area By Ihg, Ann Arbor

My stay at the hotel was mostly pleasant. The rooms were extremely clean, although I noticed that behind the bathroom doors needed a sweeping. The breakfast had little to no fruit, which was a downside. The service was friendly but had some hiccups, like when they sprayed air freshener that made the room smell worse. The location was great, right across from the Briarwood Mall, making it convenient for shopping and dining. The dining experience was decent, although the eggs were terrible at breakfast.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the rooms were spacious and had plenty of room for movement, they were a bit too dark and had a lingering smell of smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. On the bright side, the service was top-notch with extremely helpful and polite staff members, although it seemed like they were a bit undertrained. The location was convenient, close to the mall and with ample parking, but the dining options left something to be desired. Overall, it was a comfortable stay but with some room for improvement.
